Kevin & Karla Gagnon

Kevin and Karla Gagnon have been married for 20 years and have three children, Chelsea, Kevin Jr. and Cheyanne. Kevin & Karla accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior in 2002. Since then, they have fervently pursued the Lord and grown in their faith. It is their desire that all people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior; they have a burdened heart for the lost and a desire to serve with a servant’s heart. Kevin and Karla have both served in missions; Kevin has served in Mexico and Ghana, Africa, and Karla has served in Mexico and India. Kevin & Karla are active members of their church, the Windham Assembly of God in Windham, Maine.

God placed the yachting ministry on Kevin’s heart back in 2005 as a vehicle to reach the affluent through common interest in yachting as well as share the love and knowledge of Christ with the people on the islands.

Bill & Terry Bridges

Growing up in a Christian home, Bill remembers thinking about missions, but the calling was not strong. Today, he understands the calling that God has placed on his life for missions - which this ministry opportunity and others provides him. Terry has a gift of intercession, of being able to listen to God’s still, small voice, and get to work! She has a heart of compassion and love, and feels the call upon her life to use these gifts in this ministry, and for God’s Glory!Married for thirty-two years – Bill & Terry understand the meaning of coming through the fire…and the life lessons that would bring most to their knees, which is exactly the testimony of God’s goodness in their lives together. Two beautiful daughters and a son have to date gifted them with four gorgeous grandchildren…Papa & Nana’s “Favorites” are the love of their lives.Bill and Terry have been to Nicaragua on a mission to reach the wonderful people in Managua and Estelí, sharing God’s love and the hope it brings. Bill has spent time in Kenya with the Dusty Feet organization, to plan in the building of a community center in the slum area of Mathare Valley in Nairobi. Both experiences have been life-changing. God’s way of showing them His heart has changed their hearts. Both are excited to be part of the ministry of SGIM.

Eugene Glad

Eugene Glad is an orthodontist; practicing and living in Maine for twenty-six years.  He has been part of the yachting and marina communities in both Maine and the Caribbean. Gene lived in the islands for ten years-practicing dentistry and flying as a commercial pilot.  During those years he saw firsthand the great need for God in both the marinas and the local populations.  Numerous missions and vacation trips to Latin America have fueled his desire to see these areas reached and healed.
